About Maxim TOESCA

Engineer, Entrepreneur and Court-Appointed Expert before the Aix-en-Provence Court of Appeal

I am a general engineer, a graduate of ICAM (Institut Catholique des Arts et Métiers) in Toulouse, and holder of a Specialized Master's degree in Innovation and Technology Management (ESC Toulouse). Since 2009, I have led a building engineering consultancy based in Nice, specializing in plumbing, sanitary systems, water, gas, climate engineering, electrical engineering, building thermal performance, and renewable energy.

With more than twenty years of experience, I support public and private project owners, architects and developers throughout construction and renovation projects, from design to handover: regulatory thermal compliance studies (RT2012, RE2020), energy audits, environmental approach, project management and owner's engineering assistance. My firm has notably worked on major developments, as well as several hospitals and schools in the Nice region.

Since 2018, I have also served as a Court-Appointed Expert (Expert Judiciaire) before the Aix-en-Provence Court of Appeal, registered in the specialties of Plumbing & Sanitary and Thermal / Heating / Air Conditioning / Refrigeration / Insulation. I am also a board member of UCEJAM (Union of Court Expert Firms of the Alpes-Maritimes and South-East region), and hold a University Diploma in Mediation (Université Côte d'Azur, 2024), which complements my expert practice with skills in alternative dispute resolution.

Actively involved in the local business community, I chaired the Jeune Chambre Économique of the Nice metropolitan area in 2013.
